River cruise was good however couldn't hear audio or guide clearly. Often one was talking over the other. Little guideance to group re water show, that if you don't stand right in front you don't see the visuals. Was told that you could catch a taxi anywhere around the markets, this wasn't the case. There were signs stating you couldn't wait. Luckily after walking around inside we walked around the outside and came across the outdoor satay section on the other side which we would’ve missed otherwise. Markets themselves were great.

Regarding the Spectra show, guests are given free time before the performance to take photos and explore the area at their own pace. The famous Satay Street is an entire lane of barbecue stalls, with smoke and open-fire grills, making it one of the most recognizable areas of Lau Pa Sat and difficult to miss. We understand you took the guide's words, "you can take a taxi anywhere around Lau Pa Sat," very literally. However, the fact remains that it is indeed possible to take a taxi or Grab from Lau Pa Sat. As it is a busy public road, taxis are not expected to wait at every point along the street. "A taxi would not wait" is very different from "you could not take a taxi." Our tour officially ends either at Lau Pa Sat or with the hotel drop-off, depending on the option selected. Guests who choose to end their tour at Lau Pa Sat do so by their own preference and are responsible for arranging their own transportation afterwards. We appreciate your feedback and will continue reminding our guides to communicate as clear as possible. As with any independent exploration like Lau Pa Sat, we encourage guests to familiarize themselves with the area and available facilities.

Great experience and the boat was not overcrowded. Bought a ticket at Clarke Quay and was a simple and easy process. Wonderful views during the boat ride and the light show at Marina Bay just incredible. A must do. Nice way to cool down at night too.

Our guide Jess was knowledgeable, passionate and had a great sense of humour. Good value with an informative river cruise, bus trip to the gardens for the tree light show and to marina bay sands for the water and light show. Just note it’s about 3.5-4 hours long which I didn’t realise when we booked it

A nice little tour to visit the Merlion, the marina, and Gardens by the Bay, which ended with a dinner at Lau Pa Sat on our part. Lee was an excellent guide.
