• Hotel pick-up is available from selected locations across Singapore, including Boat Quay, Marina Bay, Orchard Road, Chinatown, Bugis, Little India, City Hall, Suntec City, Tanjong Pagar, Novena, Balestier, Paya Lebar, Joo Chiat, Katong, and surrounding areas. Guests are kindly requested to wait in the hotel lobby for their scheduled pick-up. • Hotels located outside the city center will be subject to an additional charge. • Please be in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

- Guests should ensure all valuables and loose articles are secured in lockers, which are available for a nominal fee.
- Personal flotation devices are not permitted. However, basic swim goggles and baby aided floating devices are permitted.
- Life jackets are available free of charge in the waterpark.
- Guests should shower prior to entering any pool or experiencing any attractions.
- Adventure Cove Waterpark reserves the right to request guests to stop photography or video recording. Any photography or video recording is for personal use only.
- In the event of inclement weather, all outdoor attractions will be suspended temporarily for the safety of guests and team members.

Great place with so much to do.. we brought the GO city passes for our 5 night stay. It was good value as we did do a lot of the attractions. The only thing is with these passes you still have to line up at ticketing offices on the majority of the places which is annoying as there is a QR code on them and it sort of defeats the purpose as lines are very long. The MRT is a little confusing to be honest. However once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad. Food was a bit hit and miss to be honest. China town was the worst experience for us unfortunately as we were really looking forward to great food. We just chose the wrong place unfortunately. We loved our holiday and we got to see so many AMAZING things. It was extremely hot and humid. We travelled in April. It also is not cheap and can be quite pricey! Our trip for a family of 4 in 2023 cost us $9000 traveling from Australia. No regrets it was a great time!
