Shuttle to and from Rome City Hotels to Fiumicino Airport

The directions to the transport location were hard to follow. We spent time running around looking. I will tell you what we did. We went through the exit in baggage near gate 12 and followed directions to the train station which was not close. Finally we found the train station and we were to look for a sign for .? Express. That was unclear so we decided to go down a level. After running around awhile, someone from the company finally found us and took us to their office. Then we waited for about 15 minutes to get into a completely full van. After we got our baggage, it was about 45 minutes before we finally got underway to our hotel. The driver gave us no commentary as we drove through the streets of Rome.

Directions to meeting site were poor for anyone not from the area. Inside the terminal no one I talked to could tell me where the stated location was. Later, verbal instructions advised me to go across the 2 streets to a plexiglass tunnel, then take a right once inside. That got me close and much better than the 45+ minutes I spent trying to find the spot. After that long there was another 25 min or so. The driver was good and I was the 1st one to be dropped off. That was the one positive. I could have taken a taxi for less than I paid on a round trip. I like to preplan but the prepaid transfer didn't save me anything. Taxis from FCO to hotels have the same fee schedule.

Poor communication. Terrible directions. Gave flight number but never got a time for my pi ck up. No signage anywhere happened to stumble across it. We were two hours after landing because of the new entry process and had to wait for another shuttle. Save yourself the headache get a taxi.

It was difficult locate the office to get the voucher it was NOT located where the information said it was.

This is a shared ride. The driver was good and it was roughly a 15 minute wait for the van to be full. The meeting point directions were vague for us, but once I called and chatted via WhatsApp, we found the meeting point not at the train track level, but on the first floor.

Cancelled our trip 2 hours prior with no reason. Called Viator and they had no answer as to why and couldn’t find us another transfer. Took a taxi last minute.

Kindness and staff professionalism and knowledge. Observed info desk gentleman provide unsolicited exceptional service to each guest. He went out of his way to provide more info than requested. This additional info reduced stress and, in general, saved the customers money and time.

Our driver was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased and recommend it.

This is a very good service once you can find their office! The directions are very poor - next to the train station. As a person flying in after 28 hours of travel it might be better to provide more specific instructions like Exit Baggage claim where it says Taxi's (you fill in the correct door name) Walk across the street and into the train terminal. Turn right before the escalators and then left to go down the hall. On your left at the intersection of another hallway on the left should be the office across the hall to the left. The staff were all nice and got us on a new shuttle considering our plane was significantly late in arriving. If you have any issues use whatsapp to contact the vendor.
