once your flight landed and you go trough customes and migration please take the exit of travel agencies and tour operators there Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with our logo. our staff will be wearing a red polo shirt and beige pants If your flight lands at terminal 3 our staff will be right in front of the Margarita Ville bar. If tour flight lands at terminal 2 or 4 our staff will be in front of the welcome bar. If you booked just departure please call us a day prior your departure to get your pick up time. On shared transportation we will group you with other customers and will make stops on different hotels please don't forget to call us or text us a day before your departure to get your pick up time wich will be assigned according to your flight information and the stops that our vehicle will make.

The van was on time and clean. We had a delay and they were accommodating. I emailed them and they pushed back for us.
Read the fine print!! You are signing up for basically a group van that will wait for you + other guests in a 2.5 hour window. Aka if you land at 7am and someone else lands at 9am you are waiting for them!These vans fit 6 people + a driver aka they have 7 seatbelts. The company squeezes 8 people in each van + a driver. They don’t care if you have a seatbelt? Also call them to complain or provide feedback on your experience and you’ll be gaslit. Extremely bad experience,
It was too expensive for the fact that we had to wait 2 hours at the airport and the drive took longer than anticipated. It got us where we needed to go but the experience wasn’t good.

Everything was easy and safe. When we landed they contacted me through WhatsApp. They had a sign for us and the driver was in red. He drove safe. Van didn’t have AC but no biggie.

The pick from the airport was great they communicated with me up until but I ordered a to and from deal and they forgot to schedule my pick up from the hotel on top of that they were late picking me up... nevertheless I was in communication with someone on whatsapp about my pick up...
