Pickup Locations & Times

This is a one-way airport transfer from/to the ICN airport. Please provide your Pickup and Dropoff address in advance! This transfer service is only available for properties in Seoul City Center. We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 23 USD per hour will be charged For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 23 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person. The luggage size limitation is 24 inches. Oversized or extra luggage must be communicated in advance. We will arrange different vehicle types according to the number of passengers. Please note: If you need a Child Seat, there will be an extra fee. Please contact us in advance to request and pay the extra fee. 1* baby/child seat will occupy 1.5 seat

Horrific Car Service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tour operator did not confirm car service to airport until 2hrs before we were supposed to travel internationally to the airport. They confirmed at 5:00am. They did not have car big enough and could not find a solution the night before. They also had the audacity to raise the rate by an additional $50. Note that we used the same service from the airport to Seoul and had minimum issues with the same amount of passengers and baggage. Viator was no better in trying to resolve the issue. Service was not rendered nor guaranteed by a reasonable time and they continued to quote that there’s no cancellation within 24hrs without looking at the big picture.

Use Viator to pick you up!

Very responsible driver. Checked in the day before which was perfect. He kept in touch throughout landing & passport control & when I had my bag he had given me terrific directions how to find him. I highly recommend!

He went above and beyond...

He went above and beyond to get me safely from the airport to my hotel, navigating tiny alley ways and double checking we were at the correct place.

Bad Service

I notified Viator 24 hours before date change. They didn’t notify the operator and they were extremely uncooperative and didn’t change date or do the refund. I contacted both well ahead of time.

Dear clients, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the trouble you experienced with changing your booking date. We have reviewed our records. Your original service was scheduled for May 29th at 1:00 PM. We received a request for a date change on May 28th at 8:58 PM. Unfortunately, by that time, the service was already less than 24 hours away (the 24‑hour cutoff would have been May 28th at 1:00 PM). As a result, the driver and vehicle had already been confirmed, and we were unable to make any changes to the schedule. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we still tried our best to coordinate with the local dispatch team. Unfortunately, due to the last‑minute nature of the request, we were unable to secure a new driver or offer a refund. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will review how we can better handle such situations in the future. We truly hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time.

Helpful driver

We arrived late at night and our flight had been delayed but the driver was waiting, no issue. He communicated clearly where he would collect us. Once we arrived at the address provided by our accommodation, we found it was incorrect. Our driver said it was fine and he had plenty of time. He was able to decipher the information and found the correct address. Very helpful.

Driver was extremely...

Driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Drove us safely to our destination. He spoke well enough English to answer our questions or was technically savvy enough to use Google Translate.

Great Taxi Service

I ordered the taxi for my son. The driver text us ahead of time. When he landed in Seoul, Korea, he didn’t know where he was to meet the driver. Nobody really spoke English. So he sent a picture to the driver where he was standing and the driver found him within a minute. Very efficient and reliable. I was so relieved!!!

The driver's details...

The driver's details changed 3 times and that becomes rather unsettling when you're landing somewhere new. They made me pay for extra money to be picked up at the gate, but that never happened. The driver literally didn't speak 1 single word to us and didn't even help with luggage

As for the other issues you mentioned — the driver not speaking a single word and not helping with luggage — we have reviewed the interaction records between the driver and yourself.
