- Ticket office opens 1 hour before the performance, and the auditorium opens 30 minutes before.
- Performance is available for 36 months and older. You must bring the proof of age verification. Due to the age restrictions, if you are unable to attend or choose to give up your tickets on the day of the performance, cancellations, refunds, and changes are not permitted. Please be aware when you making a reservation.
- Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued, please take care to keep them safe.
- If you arrive after the performance has started, you will only be allowed entry at designated times, follwoing staff instructions, and you may be directed to a different seat.
- Unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording during the performance is prohibited.
- Before the performance starts and during the curtain call, photography and recording are allowed for the audience.

It was just average—nothing particularly special. I was a bit disappointed, especially after paying for a VIP ticket but ending up in a middle row. I wouldn’t recommend buying the VIP ticket; it’s a small hall, and the view is pretty much the same from all seats.
