There are many attractions such as ice sculptures and snow sculptures that change every year, and various winter activities. After arriving at Cheongyang Alps Village, follow the guide to listen to the photo spots and explanations of Cheongyang Alps Village and have free time. *This tour includes winter activity ticket which allows you to ride some of the attractions on site. Due to the temperatures, some of the sculptures were already melting… not as pretty as the pictures shown and nothing much to do in the ice village itself as well. More suitable for those with young children. Enoch, our guide were friendly and patient which is the only plus point for me during the whole trip.
If you want to venture out of the city then this is a lovely thing to do. It was more than I expected and Tom Shin was very friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful time. It’s definitely worth the two hours bus ride, each way. Ailee and her tour group leaders did a great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cheongyang Ice Festival and Cheongyang Lake. Ailee and her tour group leaders gave an informative background at Cheongyang Lake.
