Pretty good. Christian is a great guide very knowledgeable. It's fast paced. Be prepared for crowds and follow really close. Have to be very safety aware when going through pedestrian crosswalks.
The but experience of New York, Brendan who is the assigned guide did not provide necessary information, just walked to the points and told us anything and kept going, did not cover everything that was agreed, people went on the tour for that, terrible experience
Don't book this tour- they never showed up.you try to ring the number it doesn't work.i even tried to message the tour operator And no response - SCAM Viator is very good they have actioned a refund
We arrived early and stayed well past the start time. The guide never showed up. We tried to contact the tour operator by texting via Viator and even calling them directly (despite them having a long-distance, British number) but got no response. We would have planned our day differently if the tour was not going to happen since the starting point was quite a ways from our hotel, but they never informed us (and we are still waiting on a refund, which has not been issued yet).
Dj was very good guide! We did a lot of walking and made so many good memories! Thanks! We were able to check WTC memorial, Broadway, Financial Center, Chinatown, Little Italy, Grand Station and learned a lot from the local guide!
We took 5 hour tour, it was really fun and our guide was also very friendly ( a local newyorker ) worth every penny!
The tour was fantastic and our Guide Julio was wonderful!!! Thanks to him, we all understood perfectly the explanation of the tour since he gave us a fantastic explanation in Spanish!!! He was an excellent Guide!!! We recommend it 100%.
Julio is an exceptional tour guide in NYC! His intelligence shines through as he shares fascinating insights about the city's history and culture. He keeps the tour engaging with his great sense of humor, making learning fun for everyone. His bilingual skills in Spanish and English ensure that all participants can fully enjoy and understand the tour. Julio's friendly and patient demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere, making him a top choice for exploring NYC. Highly recommended!
Taken through GoCity after Reservation with the Tour Card, at the time of booking everything seems fantastic for a first contact with New York City but of the 30 places of interest that tell you that they will pass on the tour, I indicate below which have been all those who were not visited on the tour: Rockefeller Centre Flatiron Building Madison Square Garden Empire State Building Times Square Chrysler Building Central Park NBC Studios Radio City Music Hall Museum of Modern Art St. Patrick's Cathedral Carnegie Hall Plaza Hotel All those places I have listed on the tour did not pass them. I hope it serves as your experience.
