So dont panic. we will wait for you. we are able to assit you with lost luggage and file a claim and bring you back once the bags arrive. This Rarely happens. Please look for a driver holding a sign with your name. The hotline/customer support line is on a 24 hours basis You can call or whatsapp anytime before boarding the flight.

Nuru reached out before my flight , said he was tracking. He was waiting with a sign just outside of customs. Easy. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nuru, the driver, meet us at the airport and bring us to the town center to meet with the Safari van. He was so helpful. We asked where to change money and he took time to show us, we chat a little on the way, he explained some traditions, food and was very kind! Very satisfied with the service!

After a delayed plane and a long wait at customs, Nuru my driver was still waiting for me. Excellent service, after a long travel day he was entertaining and informative, pointing out various sights on the way. When arriving at my hotel he waited with me until I was all checked In and everything ok. Would definitely recommend, ask for Nuru.
