Description
Roll up your sleeves and take part in a pizza-making workshop in a locally loved restaurant in Rome, with the oldest wood fired oven in the Prati neighborhood. Learn about traditional cooking techniques with a local chef leading the way. Get an authentic taste of local ingredients and enjoy wine and soft drinks with your own homemade pizza. Begin the class by receiving your apron and creating the dough. Follow along the process of creating the dough while learning about ingredients and techniques. Cut the dough using a traditional 600-year-old technique called mozzatura. Put the final touches on your Margherita pizza, then pop it in the neighborhoods oldest wood fired ove oven to crisp to a golden brown.

This pizza and gelato class was one of my favorite experiences in Rome! It was fun, interactive, and I learned so much about making authentic Italian pizza and gelato from scratch. The drinks were a great bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to **Valentina**—she was an amazing host! She was so friendly, welcoming, and made the class engaging from beginning to end. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it made the whole experience even more memorable. If you're visiting Rome, I highly recommend adding this class to your itinerary. You'll leave with new skills, full stomachs, and great memories. Definitely worth it!
Great class, really enjoyable. We went as a family of 4 with two children aged 5 and 6. They had a wonderful time and everyone interacted with them to ensure they had a good experience. The pizzas were delicious and we will definitely try to recreate them at home. Luca and Dino were excellent at delivering instructions and Kalim and Dev were lovely helping the children in the kitchen. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
