The tour at the Olympic Stadium was truly very informative and entertaining. The young guide focused on the essentials and had an answer to almost every question. Furthermore, I would like to explicitly praise the organizer and thank them again - we unfortunately could not participate in the originally planned tour, but the organizer was so flexible that we could take the tour at another date. This is not something to be taken for granted, so a big thank you again to the team.
The experience was closed and it was very hard to cancel the experience and get a refund. Not sure how much the phone call to the viator office will cost me but I waited for about 25 minutes, football mad child was really upset.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, the stadium closure was beyond our control, and we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been—especially after the effort you made to contact support and the impact it had on your child. Please know that we always strive to provide smooth and enjoyable experiences, and we regret that this situation fell short of expectations. We are also sorry for any inconvenience caused during the cancellation process and the time spent on the phone. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will use it to improve our communication and support in similar situations. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, VIP IN ITALY
