Too much traffic!

We bought a 48hr bus but only used one day as too much traffic, the bus stopped & waited at Termini Station for too long & also then stopped around the other side of the station, traffic was terrible and we arrived late at the Vatican so almost missed our tour. Walking would have been quicker to most sights.
