Nice skip the line tour

The guide was extremely knowledgeable. Wish that the ticket price included more of the areas that cost extra.

Under the Scorching Roman Sun

Despite the hottest day in Roman history on this day, our tour guide did a heroic trip in giving our group a great history of these sites.

Our tour guide shared...

Our tour guide shared alot of great information at a very nice speed. It was clear he was very enthusiastic and tried to engage the entire group. The meeting point is a little tricky to find, but if you follow the directions from the company's confirmation message it's not too bad. I booked the tour to start at 9:40AM but the company changed the start time to 9:20AM, which was OK because we were available. When we went it was extremely hot, but the tour guide did a good job giving us breaks to fill our water bottle, find shaded areas to talk and found the best path to walk between monuments that minimized our time in the sun.

Worth it

This was a great tour and Julia was an amazing guide. She kept us moving and out of the sun, which was very welcome given the crazy heat.

When in Rome - take this tour!

Our guide was very knowledgeable, and easily engaged our 2 children, aged 13 & 9. Pace of the tour is perfect. There is a lot of walking, in the heat so bring a hat! We did queue to get into the forum and then the colosseum but the guide was so compelling it didn’t feel like any time was wasted.
