This service provider cancelled our tour less than two hours before it was scheduled and without providing any explanation. We were unable to find another tour for that day, which was our last day in Rome. Do not book with this provider.
They cancelled my reservation without telling me. I called them already waiting at the location they sent me and that is when I was told that my reservation was canceled. They said they called and messaged me however there was no history of such thing. They just told me to go get tickets myself. And only after I asked, they gave me a refund. We were able to get inside and had a great time. It was only €18 for tickets at the door.
This tour noted they could get day of entry tickets. This is false. Then they attempted to contact us hours in advance noting they couldn’t get us in. Plus, the use What’s in Italy tours on their ticket. We met directly with What’s in Italy tour owner who said this is a known scammer. We WILL get our money back by disputing the charge. Don’t attempt to book with this company for short turn around tickets! Just go directly to the Colosseum ticket office to obtain at cost same day tickets.
This tour was a great way to learn about ancient Rome. The Colosseum was impressive, and the guide made it easy to understand. 🫶Exploring the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill was a bonus
I really enjoyed the tour of the Colosseum. The guide was friendly and shared interesting facts. We also got to see the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, which had beautiful views.🩷
The guided tour of the Colosseum was amazing! We also visited the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. The guide explained everything in a clear way, making history come to life.
The Colosseum tour was fun and educational. I loved how the guide told stories about the history. Walking through the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill was very interesting too.
What an incredible tour! The Colosseum was amazing to see in person, and the guide gave great information. Visiting the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill made the experience even better.
No representative from the company was at the site at the time or location. Luckily these small operators look out for each other and another small operator added my son and I to another tour (at no additional cost to me - I guess they will seek a reimbursement from the operator I signed up with). It was almost a complete disaster and we had to wait in the heat for an extra hour. I am not impressed...
We found out there was a national holiday in Rome that day and the coliseum entry was free. Tried to contact tour operator who did not answer. The day of the tour we could not make it to the coliseum due to road closures For a parade. Tried again to contact the tour operator. NO ANSWER again. Repeatedly tried to contact that we could not get to the coliseum. NO ANSWER!!! Missed the tour. Still no answer! I’m so upset. I’ll probably never be in Rome agiain and I was looking forward to this tour!!
