We were able to enter the Colosseum with the tickets provided via email. However, the audio tour did not work and the person who I messaged with was not helpful in fixing the app. We were able to read the transcripted audio, but it was not the same
Fabulous experience. Our contact person met us at the Arch of Constantine as per instrucional from Viator. We entered the Colosseum at our scheduled time with out having to queue. Áudio guide we had booked was great.

Very easy booking, email reminders and tickets sent through day before. Please remember adults need ID to enter the coliseum as I missed that on the tickets but had a copy on my phone luckily.
This was a great tour with easy access. We did not wait in any lines and walked right on in, which was amazing since there were lines everywhere. I don't think the Arena access is truly worth the extra cost, as it isn't much lower than general admission, but it is less crowded.

We wanted to do the arena experience tour of the coloseum but official tickets were sold out. We came upon this tour and I was highly skeptical as to how legit it was. However from the minute I booked the tour, they were so responsive and answered all my questions. I recover my tickets 7 days before our tour via email and entry to the Coloseum was extremely easy.
Worth the money! Definitely go in the Colosseum Arena!
Obviously in a heat wave which means I was glad we went early in the day. Temperatures were 30 degrees by 9.30am. Got in a muddle initially as the pdf I received with the Apple wallet link wasn’t the tickets. Luckily I had a signal to spend five mins tracking tickets down through links and could screenshots. Went to find help initially at arch but no one there. Used app plus headphones, worked well and liked being able to go at our own pace.
