Antonella was a great guide. We had a blast zipping around in the golf cart and learning about all the sites along the way. Catacombs is a must see when visiting Rome
Omg! What an amazing guide! He was like an historian and showed us way more than the original tour! I would have listened to him all day!!! If you book here, and you should m, ask for Frederico!!!
Very personal experience. Antonella took good care of us. Enjoyed her commentary.
We saw so much on this tour that we would not have thought of to see on our own, and our guide Federico was SO knowledgable and interesting. He knew so many facts but also did a great job making them interesting and putting them in context. The trip to the catacombs was also really interesting and informative. Highly recommend!
Frederico was knowledgeable and personal able. Highly recommend
This was a long and informative tour .. I mean that in the best of ways ;) Our tour was a small group (6 of us) having the golf cart to get around was so great, we got to see the busy streets of Rome in a different way and once at the Appian Way it was really great. Our guide was so great - he was so knowledgable, nice, and funny, he really made our tour spectacular. The St Sebastian catacombs were really great to experience, we've seen a lot of Rome throughout the years but hadnt been able to get to see any of the catacombs so this was definitely a highlight for our trip. One thing I will say as a tip .. check which of the catacombs you'll be able to go to, there's St. Sebastian, St. Callixtus, or Santa Domitilla .. some of them open on different days so it fluctuates, some of these are also better than others .. so just do a little research on that and make sure you go on the day that the catacombs you want to see are available that day .. start there. Other than that .. this is a great experience and shouldn't be missed .. totally worth the cost.
We think our guides name was Antonella, she was fantastic! She was very clear, concise and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
Had an amazing day travelling around on the golf cart we had Nick as our driver he was so nice and informative you could ask him anything and he knew the answer it was lovely to see the catacombs and hear the history about them I’d highly recommend doing this if you have a spare day
Great tour and very informative. Our guide was fantastic and took lots of time explaining all the sites. Would book again.
This tour is a great way to dive deep into Rome's history. Nick is a fabulous guide who knows his stuff! The catacombs tour gave us a nice break from the heat. This was the second wheels tour roma we did this visit.
