Then they will be expected at the airport meeting point,/limo service number ,or Port just under your cruise shiph ,with a sign with last name written on it. Driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for 90 min from the time of flight arrival Be careful to select the correct option to and from Civitavecchia port by selecting CVT Option. .

We had difficulty finding the pick up point; however, the rest of the trip was perfect. The drive was smooth and safe.
We booked a private Mercedes to transfer from FCO to our cruise port, about 45 minutes away. The driver was very professional and knew exactly where we needed to go. The transportation was new and very clean. Definitely worth paying extra.

The driver was waiting for us as planned holding a sign with my name on it which made him easy to locate. He was pleasant & had to lug my extremely heavy luggage. We were led to a clean, air conditioned van that was roomy & spacious. He got us to the airport in 45 min so we had time to spare prior to our flight. Thank you Carlo for a uneventful, safe ride. Our driver was right on time we got notification the day before everything went very smoothly. Along our ride to the airport he informed us of different things in the area.
The driver never showed up and it was difficult to reach him. The reason given is unacceptable. The reservation was paid and confirmed. He eventually found us another driver. This one cost us 210 euros, which is 358 Canadian dollars, while the reservation had cost 201 Canadian dollars. This therefore cost us an additional $157 compared to the initial booking. We are therefore very disappointed, and this has caused us a lot of stress.
