Very friendly service and on time. Our private tour guide in Pompeii was incredibly knowledgeable and also very friendly. 100% recommend this.
So happy we booked this! Enzo was an excellent driver taking us from Rome to Sorrento. We stopped in Pompeii for a couple of hours where he dropped us off, stayed with our luggage while we walked around, and picked us up when we were done. Then he took us along the scenic route from Pompeii to Sorrento which was truly amazing. Throughout the ride he talked about different historical sites, Mt. Vesuvius, and living in the area. 10/10 recommend!

Everything about this experience was impeccable. The driver (Enzo) was prompt and kind, a safe ride to and from all points. The private tour guide of Pompeii (Lena) was an expert historian who provided us with the lessons we would not have gathered otherwise. So grateful for our time with them!

This transfer was by far the most professional we had experimented on our trip in Italy. If you feel the cost is a bit more than other services offered on other apps do not bother saving the money. The Mercedes car/van is clean, spacious and the driver drove safely. Provided us with waters after a stop and pulled over for photos at a look out point. We felt other apps we used were dirty, not kind, and drove like maniacs. Thank you VIATOR in Rome!

We had an amazing drive and tour with Vincenzo! Not only did we feel safe but he taught us so many facts and information about Italy in general. From him picking us from Manziana and taking us to our pompei tour then to Sorrento, while making sure to get us a reservation for his favorite restaurant in Capri! We felt so taken care of we had to book him for another private tour around Naples where he taught us everything we needed to know about the city and then took us to his favorite pizzeria where we had the best pizza! All while escorting the 6 of us individually with the umbrella due to the rain. We enjoyed him so much we wanted to have him as our private driver for the rest of the trip but by no surprise he was already fully booked!

Enzo was at our place right on time. He was helpful during our stop in Pompeii with tips for navigating the ruins. He dropped us off at our airbnb after getting directions from our host.
Wonderful driver! Luigi was prompt, professional, and so kind. Took us from Rome to Sorrento with a stop in Pompei. Rest stops when needed. Helped find good food when kids got hungry. He was a very safe driver. I took an Amalfi coast tour with this same company and had another great driver/guide. The company arranges a tour guide for a stop in Pompei for 2 hours, she was wonderful (Pima was her name). I’d 100% recc Naples Drivers and Guides for any transportation and tour needs!!
