This Direct Transfer was actually from Rome FCO airport to Praiano by Mondo Guide on 5-1-2026: The MondoGuide agent Federica did an awesome job in finding us this transfer. She was very responsive, great follow-up, excellent communication, and provided timely and relevant information! The day before the transfer Federica provided the details including the driver name. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. In fact the he was communicating with us before we landed. He spoke very good English, provided great information and most importantly drove safely to our destination. I would definitely recommend Mondo Guide for direct transfers!

Our driver was waiting for us as we arrived at airport and we did stop in a village but everything was closed so we were not there long. So basically we paid a lot of money for a ride from Rome to Florence.
Ciao, I can't see your name but I guess it's Susanne? I am truly sorry that you didn't like the experience but I honestly don't understand why are you blaming my company. I asked you several times if you wanted or not to stop in Orvieto or somewhere else and you confirmed me that. I also told you that you could spend as much time as you want but you were very quick. I understand the frustration to find some places closed but it was a Saturday morning off season, it wasn't really our fault and giving us 3 stars is killing our reputation on here. You seemed to be happy when I left you in Florence, I really didn't expect a 3 stars review accusing me of something that was completely out of my control. I am so sorry again that I didn't catch that maybe you wanted to do something else but I really asked many times. Anyway I hope you had a nice stay in Italy and hopefully next time it will be better.
Our driver Emiliano was great. He was extremely accommodating, very friendly, easy to talk to and took us everywhere we wanted to see; including some places that weren’t on the script. It was the perfect way to spend a day traveling from Rome to Florence.
