Armondo was amazing. He picked us up at Lisbon airport and gave us a beautiful scenic drive down to Lagos. He shared information , made many stops along the way for photos and facts. Even bought us our very first pastille de nata ( Portuguese pastry ) yum!! Would def recommend this journey and trip down to Lagos.

Driver was polite. Communication problems. Did not receive the 2 hour tours we paid for and no refund from viator. Just an "sorry".

We offer more than 500 stops across Europe, and we always inform our customers before the trip and in descriptions that they need to check the opening hours and other details, such as changes in ticket prices, etc. The driver informed us that he offered you several options for places to stop, but you declined each one. Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor all current information on opening hours and ticket price changes for over 500 locations. We regret that some places were not open during your trip. Driver was nice guy for a transport but unfortunately we did not get tge 2 hours of siteseeing that we expected. He stopped 2 places that were not even open. Next time will take the train and save the $ as we saw nothing extra for this trip. Do not recommend getting from Lisbon to Lagos this way.
