We had a fantastic tour around Rome and would highly recommend it! It was excellent value for money, especially in the current hot weather, as the pace was comfortable and there were plenty of opportunities to stop in the shade while learning about the city’s incredible history. Our guide, Francesco, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He shared so many interesting facts and stories that really brought Rome to life, and also recommended some fantastic local places to eat, which made the rest of our trip even better. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you, Francesco, for making our first visit to Rome so enjoyable—we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
We booked a "3-hour private tour" two and a half months in advance, supposed to be a premium experience at the price of 583 euros, mind you... The evening before, the operator changed our tour start time, which did not work for us because we had another tour scheduled right after this one. After an hour and fifteen minutes and 4 stops, the vehicle broke down. We waited 45 min in the heat for a replacement car. The driver (very nice by the way, the only positive point of this experience) informed us that if he had to take us to the location of our next visit (as agreed the day before with the operator, the trip would take 40 min and we would not have time to make other stops). He advised us to ask for a partial refund and to stop the tour to be on time for the next one. The operator I had on the phone at that time refused this in an extremely unpleasant tone, arguing that they had finally brought a replacement car and that we could continue the tour even though we didn't have the time. Following this bad experience, I tried to reach the company without success, by message and email. I had to write a formal notice to finally get a response to my request for compensation. The owner of the company offered me... 50 euros... Faced with my refusal, he accused me of wanting to take financial advantage of this incident. I have never seen such deplorable customer service for an experience at this price. Turn to other companies in the hope that they are more serious.
Absolutely fantastic! Had elderly mom with us and the golf cart allowed her to get to experience the city with us. Kids loved it too. Just great. 10/10!
It was a wonderful experience and very well suited for my whole family, where we were all able to appreciate the beauty of Rome together with Jacopo, he being a great guide and making the experience very fun and interesting, with a lot of knowledge of the city and being a very friendly and kind guide
The description needs to be more clear that almost none of the trip includes entrance fee to any key features including the coliseum. It’s just a quick preview of each points of interest. Driver was great since he knew we had seen the Spanish stairs and fountain already he modified trip to include a stop at St. Peter’s.
We absolutely loved our guide, Roberta. She was kind and so very knowledgeable! We learned so much and she took us to places we would never have discovered on our own! Best experience!
We had 2 drivers for 10 family members. They were wonderful and patient with our older parents. Very accommodating. Great knowledge of sites. . .
The experience was incredible; Alex took all the time to talk to us about Rome and take us to places that not everyone knows about. We saw Rome at night, which we found very beautiful. Very punctual and everything was perfect!
Our golf cart guide Marco was amazing!! This was a great trip. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see Rome!
Edward was a great guide and made our day special!! This was the highlight of our trip and I highly recommend this company. Very good communication, customized our day and Edward was super knowledgeable and friendly!
