The driver, Mido, was extremely respectful, polite and reliable (he speaks 4 languages). Your car is in excellent condition. In addition to working with the agency, it also offers ride-hailing services with fair prices, which is very valuable amid the chaos that may be in this area (personally I advise NOT to use Uber, many scams, it is preferable to pay for private ride-hailing services). It really gives you peace of mind and confidence. On the other hand, the guide was a very prepared, orderly and passionate young man for the history of his country. It takes the time to explain in detail the history of each monument, advises you on how to get around the area (I help us exchange currencies at an official exchange center), and even helps you take great photos at monuments. Never feel pressured or rushed during the tour, and you can tell that he is a certified guide — a big difference from others who are not. A polite, respectful, charismatic and very professional person. I definitely recommend this agency for those looking for a safe, enriching and worry-free experience in Giza.
