I gave this tour a 3 star, average rating because the tour agency manager or owner was an obnoxious person. After the tour finished, my husband I travelled to another part of Egypt where I did not have access to wifi. Upon my return from the region and having access to wifi again, I noticed messages on WhatsApp from the tour agency insisting that I review their service so they may get more customers. Because I had not responded to his first message in WhatsApp because I had no wifi, he assumed that I was not going to respond and his attitude turned passive aggressive. I was really turned off by his behavior!! So unprofessional! Our tour guy on the other hand, Ehab was friendly, knowledgeable. He seemed to know a lot of people and was able to get us around the Giza pyramids very quickly. He respected our wishes of not wanting to visit tourist traps and only took us to places we wanted to visit. He was cordial in his interaction with all. I wish he did not work for this agency! I would have given him a five star review!
thank you for the feedback , but make sure you wrote to correct company , thats not our service , you never used or contact us for giza tour , you might write that to wrong listing , everyone used our service and know who we are , read reviews , thats why you booked us , we dont know if you are spam or you took money form other to write that for us , if we are bad , you never use our service but you came through our review which are real one not fake . please check , thank you , we wish you good time in Egypt . Egypt is the most safe place in Egypt , check which company you use and wrote for them
Had a really good time with Ihab on our guided tour. He has really large knowledge about the history and always with a smile. We didnt go to the sphinx tho and instead went to a fregnance/oil store witch didnt really made sense. But overal it was an amazing day and we cant rekommenderas him enough. Thanks.

My guide and driver were great, well worth the money and you can't beat the history and views. I had to get the results of a PCR test and the driver and tour guide made time to get it at the Egyptian Ministries of Health. They always asked if there was anything I wanted or needed.

We did this trip with our guide Abla . She explained a lot about old history and make musuem very easy to us understand and in Giza she showed us all pyrnaids and camel ride Big thanks too to your driver

Our tour guide, Ehab, and driver, Ahmed, were both great and accommodating to our needs. We went to the Egyptian museum and saw the highlights with Ehab. Then we had free time to explore on our own. We went to the Pyramids and Sphinx too. Got a wonderful explanation of the history and free time to explore. We felt safe and comfortable with both Ehab and Ahmed. They tailored the day to our needs and what we wanted to see and do. Thank you for a great day.

My wife and I had a great time with our tour guide Ahmed Elsherif. Ahmed was very knowledgeable, courteous, and hospitable. He did an excellent job showing us all the sites and attractions and making sure we had a great learning experience. He is absolutely the best tour guide in Cairo . . . Hands down!!!
