Alexandra Mauricio was a great guide. She was very informative and had a very clear presentation. She explained the history of the city and pointed out key buildings and how they changed over the years. Highly recommend Alexandra and this private walking tour.
Daniel was awesome ! Thank you!
Pedro gave us a really enjoyable yet comprehensive historical tour of Lisbon. He gave the tour using storytelling. We also enjoyed a Portuguese tart as well as a codfish. I highly recommend this tour.
Booked this tour more than 6 months ago. The tour operator contacted me 5 minutes before the tour started to say the guide was “feeling sick”. Beware of this tour canceling last minute with no options for other tour guides.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused by the cancellation, especially after you had booked the tour more than six months in advance. Unfortunately, our guide became unexpectedly ill just before the tour was due to begin. While the situation was beyond our control, we completely understand that the late notice was upsetting and did not provide you with enough time to adjust your plans. We sincerely regret that we were unable to find a suitable replacement at such short notice. We value every guest's time and trust, and it is never our intention to let anyone down. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we are reviewing how we can better manage unforeseen circumstances like this in the future. We hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide the experience you were looking forward to. Warm regards,
I went on the small group walking tour with Pedro. I learned and saw a lot! He was knowledgeable, and it was a great overview of the city. Recommend!
We really had a fascinating tour. Natalia spoke excellent English and made the tour engaging with her lively commentary and jokes. She took plenty of time for us and made sure we had enough shade and opportunities to buy water. The content was very history-focused, which was fascinating, though you do need to be into that sort of thing. It was well worth the money!
Very informative and lots of fun!
This tour was amazing, it covered everything and Pedro was fantastic, do it again:)
