Before I purchased the booking I was in contact with Melodie over chat and i wanted to know if i did not take the transportation, will this affect my booking. They agent said it would not. When I arrived at the pyramids I was not able to use my tickets. They said they have no record of me purchasing any tickets. I would like a refund since I was not able to use your services.
The history of the Pyramids was incredible. Our guide Salah was so knowledgeable. Full of facts and fun information Camel ride was amazing,great view of the city of Giza. Wonderful pictures taken by our guide 😀
