Pass by the 200-year-old Hu Xin Ting Tea House while walking on the lucky nice zigzag bridge and pay a visit to 5-century old classic Yu Garden, take in the charming view of old and traditional Qing-Dynasty architecture, pavilions, fish and turtle ponds
Then follow your guide, you will walk through the beautiful French concession, a hip neighborhood that boasts an idiosyncratic push-pull between new and old, between development and preservation for an absolutely unique urban experience.
Continue the tour to Pudong Island , learn the fast develoment of the city since opening up and enjoy a fun walk among the futuristic skycrappers on the ring-bridge. If a nice clear day, you could choose to go up to one of the observation decks at Shanghai Tower or Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jinmao Tower, to enjoy a fantastic bird-eye of mega Shanghai.

Overall a great experience. We were picked up and dropped back to T1. The tour was tailored to our speed and interests. Robert was our tour guide, he was knowledgeable, interesting and accommodating to our requirements.
We had a wonderful day with Feifei. She was knowledgeable and engaging . She always made sure we were doing what we were interested in and planned a great day for us. This was such a good way to while away hours for a long layover. Feifei was very informative and her English was excellent. We were wanting some traditional Shsnghai dumplings for lunch, not in a tourist hotel but not street food either. Lunch was delicious and we were the only tourists there. The driver was also expert dealing with the traffic. Loved the walk along the Bund and looking across to the communication tower and city skyline.
Robert, our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and very prepared for our day trip to Shanghai. He managed to organize the day perfectly considering it was a bit rainy in the morning. The lunch place he recommended was 10/10. The driver had a clean car and was prepared with water. Was wonderful to have trust in him as well, as our carryon suitcases were left in the car with him as we got out of car multiple times. We weren’t sure if we should have paid for locker hire. But we had been reassured that was not necessary. We were very happy with this as well. I wished the driver had known a bit of English, so we could communicate a bit more with him. But not an issue as we knew we were going to pick our tour guide up, at our first stop. Communication with the company was also easy and responsive. Thanks again for organizing a very memorable day in Shanghai. 100% recommend and if you are able, request Robert as your tour guide. You won’t be disappointed.👏😊
Troy our tour guide was very knowledgeable, he was able to answer any questions and tell us alot of detail about everything. The transport from pick up to touring the city was very luxurious and we were well looked after. It was all round an enjoyable and well spent day, would definitely recommend this!
I booked this tour on a 15-hour layover. Due to my flight time I choose the option with 2 way driver to and from the airport. The instructions for pick up were clear and everything ran on time. The tour guide Lea was fantastic, really knowledgeable and she knew how to adjust the energy and pace of the tour to suit my capacity (after having come straight off a 14 hour flight). Got to visit the main tourist stops of the city which were amazing and the coordination between Lea and and driver ran smoothly all day. Also Sunny managing the back end was great with communications and check ins. Overall a great way to explore the city if you have limited time and preparations.
