We had a great experience and saw a lot. Our tour guide Wing was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
A delight. From the pre-tour communications (Sunny), to a superb driver and guide (Sammi), the tour was superb. It was adjusted to my group's needs, and the weather, and did everything I could have asked for. The lunch (so often poor on a tour) was fantastic, a great choice by Sammi. Everything I could have asked for, and I'd be delighted to do it again!!
Lea was the ultimate guide to Shanghai and I cannot recommend her more highly. This was my first time in the city, I was travelling alone and my objective was to understand more about the culture, learn about the people in the city, and see some sights along the way. From meeting at the hotel Lea took charge, listening to what I'd already done the previous night in The Bund and amending the planned itinerary for the day. Throughout Lea was highly talkative, insightful, genuinely funny and really invested in making me see the real Shanghai she clearly loves deeply. She brought the city alive with small observations, stories, anecdotes and things I'd never have found in a guide book. If I could give ten stars I would. When I come again I'll be booking Lea. Every pound, euro or dollar you're about to pay is worth it and more. Don't hesitate, you're in for a great day I'll remember for a very long time.

Fifi was an amazing tour guide!! She taught us a lot of stuff and even let us decide where we want to go, with the options she gave us. We were a bit late but she still waited for us, best tour guide I’ve had while down here and definitely would do it again!!!!
Very nice guide and Nice tour.
Sammi was a joy to have as a tour guide - knowledgeable and fun! Highly recommended trip in Shanghai.
Outstanding way to see the marvel of old and new Shanghai. We booked the private tour and it was the best decision 😁 Big shout out to Feifei - our guide - she was such a wonderful company - took extra efforts to accommodate our requests to add few extra stops based on our interests. She knew about ever it high in so much detail and she engaged with my teenager also so nicely - it was such an awesome day for us Highly recommend doing this tour with them. Sunny is the overall owner for this tour and many more and she was great in coordinating.
