This eerie, chilling yet fun-filled adventure takes you to several sites of documented hauntings by the region’s ghosts and spirits. See the French Quarter residences in which unbelievable events took place and visit a haunted bar along the way. The most iconic "square" in history. This public park was originally called Place d' Arms, or place of arms. Many an execution took place in this area leaving behind the trauma that we call a haunting.
This famous alley was used by pirates such as Jean Lafitte as a black market to sell goods stolen from Spanish ships in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean. Many a deal gone wrong was settled by a duel in its neighboring garden. The sounds of the market place and the dueling gardens are said to be heard in the wee hours of the morning.
Most of our haunted tours include a break in a haunted bar (except for youth private groups). This iconic bar is a favorite for many guests. Once used as a blacksmith shop, it is the oldest operating bar in the country. It is home to a wide array of ghosts including that of Jean Lafitte it is said.
Mad Madame LaLaurie is the most infamous murderer and most hated in our city's history. Find out why!
The party never ends and neither do the spirits' activity on Bourbon Street.

The tour was amazing and our guide, Ariadne was awesome! She is full of life and told such spooky and entertaining stories. I learned so much about the ghostly history of New Orleans. Highly recommend.
Ariadne was our guide and she did a fantastic job! The two hours flew by!
This tour is true to New Orleans history with haunting ghost stories to spice things up. Ariadne was an amazing tour guide. She is an excellent story teller weaving human history and the supernatural effortlessly together to demonstrate a plot that either leaves your job dropped in shock or teeth chattering out of fear. She was funny and knowledgeable, and captivated us the whole way through. Don’t miss this tour. It’s tied for the number one highlight of our week long trip (we did a lot and this tour is on top).
Outstanding tour! Our guide was Ariadne Blayde. I highly recommend this tour and tour guide. I actually caught an orb pic at The La Laurie Mansion! One usually thinks some of this stuff is made up; however, you can research these sites and learn the history. Definitely worth the low price!!
Oh my god! This was our third trip to the Crescent City. We've done walking tours each time. This was easily the best experience yet. Ariadne Blayde was nothing short of phenomenal.
Our tour guide Yah Yah was amazing. We had a private tour with her and each of her stories was gripping and hilarious. Albeit they each ended sadly. The kids loved her and we really connected with her. Definitely ask for Yah Yah the Black Cat of the French Quarter — she’s not just a tour guide…she’s an experience.
This tour is actually called the Ghosts and Legends tour! Ariadne was very interesting and informative she answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed even on our break, she took her time giving us the history and background on each of the locations we visited. We also ended our tour on the waterfront, which was nice to get some fresh air since it was so hot outside.
Was a really wonderful experience, all thanks to our guide Ariadne! She was very friendly and did a great job of storytelling. Really immersive tour, would definitely recommend.
Ariadne was phenomenal!!! Will definitely be recommending not only the tour, but her as a guide. I’m a huge history nerd, and horror fan, and she coupled the two together like lamb and tuna fish! 🤌🏻 Thank you again! 🤙🏻
Ariadne was a great tour guide. She demonstrated true appreciation and respect for the history and current story of New Orleans. We loved the tour !
