Great value. The communication was excellent between viator and myself in regards to picking us up in a foreign country. We communicated in the states and then communicated when we arrived in Lisbon. She communicated with me while we were landing and when we were picking up our bags and letting us know she was outside the terminal and where to go. She was awesome giving us a wealth of information on the way to our hotel and provided her number for us to contact her. If we had any questions. I highly recommend via tour in Lisbon anytime.

I was attending a Dave Koz cruise and due to flight changes had to extend my stay by one day. I picked a hotel by random and had to use Viator to get from the cruise to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Viator was wonderful!! The transportation was on time and each driver was fantastic. I will use their services again and will recommend them to others I know.

Very dissatisfied - I paid $54.24 for what was suppose to be a “Private Luxury Transfer from Lisboa Airtport” to my hotel. The vehicle that I was picked up in was not a “Luxury Vehicle” - Mercedes, BMW, etc. information can be varified with booking. Very misrepresented service provider. Refund should be issued for the difference in cost for promised vehicle minus what was actually used for transfer.
