Tour Guide Amr Aswany was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous and the driver Said Taha was amazing for dealing with the crazy Egyptian traffic. Pickup was 'as promised' right at hotel lobby and on-time. Both were extremely flexible to our needs as we changed the itinerary mid-tour and Amy and Said were very accommodating. Amr had very in-depth information for our museum tour. He pointed out the key highlights within the NMEC, so that we could have a few 'take-home' points. Otherwise, it is so overwhelming, we would not retain anything. We went at our pace and continued the tour longer than the arranged time. Again, no problems. We learned a ton about Egyptian history thanks to Amr! Despite being behind schedule, we had no problem getting our lunch which was welcome after hours of museum touring.
