The Greenwich Village Tour was outstanding. It covers years and years of history that happened in GV area...history, famous people, famous houses, and more. Our tour guide, Patrick, was so very knowledgeable, as well as personable and engaging. Could not have asked for a better guide.
Our Greenwich Village tour was a delightful time. We learned a lot about the history of the area. Our guide Joel made the tour a lot of fun and pointed out a lot of cool music venues, comedy clubs and speakeasies that we can't wait to explore next time we are in NYC. The tour really gave a feel for the neighborhood and why so many people love it.
My tour with Joel was really special. I learned a lot about the history of Greenwich Village. Joel was a wonderful guide. My whole family said it was the best experience we had this weekend.
Terrific tour of the History of Greenwich Village, NYC. Tour guide Percy lived in the Village and brought the neighborhood to life by sharing the rich history of this area of the city but also shared the vitality of the current Village scene.
Connor was grea, vast knowledge, funny many interesting sites like Washington Park , Hotel, Café Wha, Reggio, Anderson Cooper’s house, place where Taylor Swift lived, old prison now library, gay places of interest and where riots started, Joe’s slice of pizza, etc. and many interesting people who lived and played there.
Joel was over the top brilliant! What a great guide-so knowledgeable with many intriguing anecdotes- would definitely give him 10 stars out of 5!
It was a nice tour, well organized and not tiring despite being on foot. The guide, Joel, was very clear, nice, spoke slowly and was available to clarify doubts or curiosity: you could see that he is passionate about his work. I recommend stopping by Artichoke pizza (which also recommends the guide) for dinner because the pizza is really good.
Our guide Charlotte Smart was informative pleasant and very Smart the information she gave us has really inspired us .it's really worth the money e excellent tour especially the tour guide can't wait to do another with you thank you
We booked a semi-private tour, but it was just my husband and myself. Patrick was our tour guide, and he did a fabulous job. He knows his history very well, gave us just the right amount of interesting information and answered all our questions. The tour ended up being longer than advertised because he had so much to tell us, and he never rushed. I'd give him 6 stars if I could! Susan A
