The Colosseum is the most famous monument in Rome and one of the greatest symbols of the ancient world. Built almost 2,000 years ago, it was the largest amphitheater of the Roman Empire, where gladiator fights, shows, and grand events entertained up to 50,000 spectators. Its massive stone arches and ancient walls create a stunning backdrop for photos, especially with a classic Fiat 500. The area around the Colosseum is full of energy, history, and beautiful viewpoints—making it one of the highlights of your tour. During your experience, you’ll enjoy a professional photoshoot right in front of the Colosseum with the roofless Fiat 500, creating unforgettable and iconic images of your time in Rome.

Pass by

The Circus Maximus is the oldest and largest stadium of ancient Rome. Built more than 2,500 years ago, it once hosted thrilling chariot races, athletic games, parades, and festivals. At its peak, it could hold up to 250,000 spectators, making it the biggest sports arena in the ancient world. Today, the open field still shows the shape of the original racetrack. It’s easy to imagine the roar of the crowds and the excitement of the races that once took place here. During your Fiat 500 tour, you’ll ride alongside this historic site, enjoying great views and fun storytelling from your guide. It’s a beautiful stop between the Colosseum and the Aventine Hill, and a must-see part of Rome’s ancient history.

10 min

The Basilica di Santa Sabina is one of the oldest and most beautifully preserved churches in Rome. Built in the 5th century, it is almost 1,600 years old and offers visitors a rare glimpse into the earliest days of Christianity. Unlike many ornate Roman churches, Santa Sabina is simple, quiet, and deeply atmospheric, with original marble columns and ancient wooden doors that date back centuries. Located right beside the Orange Garden, this basilica sits peacefully on the Aventine Hill and is known for its spiritual calm and historic beauty. Inside, you can admire its wide, open hall, classical columns, and soft natural light—details that have remained almost unchanged since the church was first built. During your tour, Santa Sabina provides a perfect moment to step inside a truly ancient and authentic Roman space, adding a deep historical touch to your journey through the Eternal City.

Pass by

Trastevere is one of the most authentic and picturesque neighborhoods in Rome. With its narrow cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, hanging plants, and lively local atmosphere, it feels like stepping into a small Italian village inside the big city. The name “Trastevere” means “across the Tiber River.” For centuries, this neighborhood has been home to artists, craftsmen, and Roman families, and it still keeps its traditional character today. It’s full of cozy trattorias, small cafés, artisan shops, and hidden corners that make it perfect for exploring and photography. As you drive through Trastevere in your open-roof Fiat 500, you’ll enjoy its charming streets, beautiful old houses, and the relaxed vibe that makes this neighborhood one of the most loved areas in Rome. It’s also one of the best spots to feel the real Roman lifestyle.

15 min

The Fontana dell’Acqua Paola, often called Il Fontanone (“The Big Fountain”), is one of the most impressive and romantic fountains in Rome. Built in 1612 on the Janiculum Hill, it was created to celebrate the restoration of an ancient Roman aqueduct by Pope Paul V. Its massive white marble façade, elegant arches, and cascading water make it one of the most iconic Baroque fountains in the city. Standing in front of the fountain, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and one of the best views over Rome. It’s a favorite spot for locals, photographers, and anyone looking for a quiet, scenic moment away from the busy center. During your Fiat 500 tour, driving up to Il Fontanone feels magical—especially with the open roof and Italian music playing. The fountain offers a stunning stop for photos and a chance to admire Rome from above.

20 min

Janiculum Hill, known as Gianicolo, is one of the highest and most breathtaking viewpoints in Rome. Even though it’s not one of the ancient Seven Hills, it offers the most impressive panoramic view of the entire city—a full skyline of domes, rooftops, monuments, and distant hills stretching across the horizon. The ride up to Janiculum Hill in a roofless Fiat 500 is an unforgettable moment: fresh breeze, open sky, classic Italian music, and stunning scenery all around you. At the top, the view is simply spectacular and perfect for your professional photoshoot, with Rome beautifully displayed below. This hill is peaceful and filled with history, monuments, and greenery. It’s also home to the famous daily noon cannon, a tradition since the 19th century. Whether day or sunset, Janiculum Hill is one of the most magical stops of your tour — a place where you can pause, enjoy the view, and capture memories that truly feel timeless.

Vatican City is the smallest country in the world and the spiritual center of the Catholic Church. At its heart stands St. Peter’s Basilica, one of the most magnificent and important churches ever built. With its enormous dome designed by Michelangelo and its grand Renaissance architecture, it is one of the most recognizable symbols of Rome. As you drive past the Vatican in your open-roof Fiat 500, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of St. Peter’s Square, the basilica’s massive façade, and the famous colonnades designed by Bernini. The energy of this area is special — full of history, art, and spiritual significance. Even just passing by is a highlight of the tour, offering fantastic photo opportunities and a chance to admire one of the world’s greatest masterpieces from a unique vintage-car perspective.

Pass by

Castel Sant’Angelo is one of Rome’s most striking and historic monuments. Originally built nearly 2,000 years ago as the tomb of Emperor Hadrian, it later became a fortress, castle, prison, treasury, and even a safe refuge for the popes. Its powerful circular shape and riverside position make it one of the most recognizable landmarks in the city. Driving past Castel Sant’Angelo in your open-roof Fiat 500 feels magical — the grand walls, the statues along the bridge, and the view toward St. Peter’s Basilica create an unforgettable scene. The famous Ponte Sant’Angelo, decorated with angel statues designed by Bernini’s school, adds even more beauty to the area. This stop is perfect for photos and storytelling, offering travelers a glimpse into Rome’s imperial past, Renaissance history, and legendary traditions, all in one spectacular location.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome! Riding through the city in a classic Fiat with the top down was such a fun and unique experience. Our driver and photographer was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about Rome throughout the tour. He also took the most beautiful photos that we’ll treasure forever. The entire experience was relaxed, memorable, and so well organized. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome. Stay away from this company, horrible experience

We were really looking forward to this but it was a horrible experience. First, they changed our meeting location 3 times, we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time before getting to the location. On top of that, I have a 3 year old daughter out really late at night, which I find it very inconvenient because we walked to every meeting point just so it can get changed constantly with a toddler. Then, when we finally got to the meeting point, the drivers were having an argument with one of the customers. Keep in mind, it's already late and that delayed the tour again. After they resolved everything with the customer, we finally got in the car and began to drive. At this point, the driver was driving really fast late at night. They were not stopping at any locations, explained everything really rushed to the point where no one could understand what they were saying, and were on their phones while driving. After 15 minutes, we finally stopped at the first location, they took some pictures with one of their phones and called it professional, there was no light and they didn't even bother to put flash on. We were about to leave and when we got in both cars, one of the car's engine stopped working and they already had us split into 2 separate cars because we were a family of 6. They had my 18 year old son push the broken car for a long time and they left me and my husband behind so I couldn't see to what point he had push the car to. I specifically told the driver not to drive off while having my kids in a separate car that was broken. All of a sudden, the driver began to drive very fast, passed the broken car and took us to the next location. They left my kids all by themselves stranded, including a 3 year old child. They thought it was okay to do that even tho I kept asking the driver to stop.I asked the driver multiple times to take me back to my daughter and finally he heard me and took me back. The driver's plan was to leave 3 of us at one location while they took the other 3 to another location. I told them that I didn't accept that that, they were not going to separate us, especially late at night in a country I'm not familiar with. I had to speak with the manager and I agreed to reschedule. She didn't give me a time and just told that she will let me know the next morning. I had to texted her since I didn't hear from her, she answered and told me between 4-6 pm, I got a text and she was expecting us to leave what we were doing and meet up with them at 2 pm and it was 1:10 pm. The traffic was horrible during this time and there was no way we were going to meet up with them. Once again horrible experience I felt disrespected, unsafe, and anxious. They put my family in danger and that was unaccepted.
