Jidraf showed up on time and took us around to where we needed to go in Nairobi in search of some specific items. He even took us over to a nice restaurant in the Westlands area. Great friendly service. Would book through them again with no hesitation

Gabriel was our driver he was fantastic. He picked us up, waited for us as we were running late, we covered a lot of ground in our day together, he was very informative about the country, the history, the city and every other question we put to him. We highly recommend you spend the day with Gabriel when in Nairobi !!

We had drivers provided by a local tour company in which Viator uses for 2 different days. One day the experience was excellent with Tim providing an enormous amount of experience and knowledgeable as a guide. He was patient and helpful with navigating markets, sightseeing, and even more. The next day we had Julius as a guide and he was very friendly, but got lost while trying to drive us to the ostrich farm and after allowed for local people to haggle with us over giving them money for involuntarily taking pictures of my family and then demanding money for them while at City Park. The incident was so intense that the local followed my family and I to the guide’s car when we refused to provide money and then continued to bang on the window until the driver rolled it down (against our demand for the driver to not engage and to instead drive away). Nonetheless he continued to speak Swahili at the driver, while pointing and yelling at my family and I in the backseat. Thankfully we left unharmed. This event could’ve been avoided if the driver was more assertive with the locals.
