At 7:00 AM, our expert tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza, holding a sign with your name. You'll be transferred by private A/C car to Alexandria, approximately 220 km away, a journey of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. We'll return to your hotel around 6:00 PM.
Next, you'll visit the Roman Theater constructed from marble stones. Its floor features a vast section adorned with intricate mosaic designs.
Afterward, you'll explore the Library of Alexandria, the second-largest library globally.
Following that, you'll tour the Qaitbey Citadel and enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Corniche. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant, inclusive of the meal but excluding beverages.

We had an excellent experience to Alexandria thanks to our driver Alamir and our guide Wessam. Alamir was punctual in our morning pick-up and very hospitable. He was very conversant throughout the entire trip and took us through the most interesting aspects of the Egyptian way of life and the country’s cultural and societal facets. Wessam was thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour and explained to us all the important details of all the sites we visited. She conveyed with the warmest words her connection with the Greek community in Alexandria and made us feel at home. We mostly enjoyed the Alexandria library and the Citadel and had lunch at a restaurant with a scenic view at the bay of Alexandria. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and we long to come back again, possibly with a different schedule to include Luxor, Assuan, Fayum and Urghada. Alexandria is a definite must and with the contribution of both Wessam and Alamir turned our tour to an everlasting memory.
