Private Cairo Airport Arrival and Departure Transfer

Deluxe Tours is my go to for everything! Moemen was amazing, very patient as I stayed inside the aiport departure longer and he waited for me and my child, and the car was very clean. Aldo, his driving skills are so good and we felt very safe!

Omar was an excellent driver. Communicated hours in advanced, even when we were at our layover prior to arriving in Cairo. His instructions were very specific, left contact info to reach him in case of messaging being an issue and always on time. Despite his English not being 100%, he always communicated his pick up time, was very early and was very eager to help out to accomodate to our plans. Would use him again for any trip.

I booked Deluxe Tours for an airport transfer from Cairo airport to Marriott Mena House. Our driver was waiting for us once we landed. He helped us with our visas on arrival, getting us through immigration, with our luggage, and through customs. He eliminated any potential frustration and anxiety associated with this part of international travel…especially 1st time travel to Egypt! As he drove us to our hotel, he provided us with historical and local information. Very informative and helpful! The most important thing…honesty!!!! Once he dropped us off, I forgot that I paid online and paid again. Yasser from Deluxe messaged me the next day informing me that I had paid already so we arranged my transfer from my hotel back to the airport with the money I doubled paid with. I was very thankful and appreciative of their professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend using their service. Enjoy Egypt!

We had to wait almost 2 hours at the bagage belt at Cairo airport but it was no problem for our guide Mohamed Hassan. There was even time afterward for an ATM session and that at 01:30 in the morning.

i highly recommend being picked up at the airport by a guide. It can be a bit stressful if you have never been to Cairo and when you leave the plane a guide will be at the bottom of the escalator waiting for you -BEFORE IMMIGRATION. Which is very helpful if you need to get a visa on arrival etc. Also its just nice to have someone walk with you out to a waiting car. This was my first time to Cairo but i have traveled many other places and heard of the pushy taxi drivers in Cairo - not an issue in my mind however the quality of the van and the guide picking us up was good. One thing the guide (Mohamed) could do extra was to offer to help one of us with our luggage. I am ok with him letting me take my own but my friend had a big case and she obviously needed help. He just watched her struggle.

We were received even before the baggage collection. Mohammed took care of the required entry visas and directed us to the baggage belt. For us all this was completely stress-free! On the way to the hotel we got a small guided tour, as well as many tips for our first stay in Egypt. Highly recommended!

I booked based on TripAdvisor reviews and the service was above my expectations. My interlocutor waited for me before immigration, facilitated the purchase of the visa, explained in detail the process, facilitated the security checkpoint and accompanied me to my hotel giving me information about my stay in Egypt. Very helpful and professional who gives a good experience versus local taxis. I recommend 100%

Everything Gwen’s very smoothly. Driver was waiting for me outside of the airport with a sign of my last name. A week prior I already had contact with the company and knew what the process will be. Both drivers were very nice, just like everyone else in Egypt actually. It was a private transfer for just me and my girlfriend. Awesome experience!

As soon I put my luggage's on the cart, I was bombarded with innumerous offers for taxis and shutters for a questionable amount of money. I felt safe and happy when I saw my driver Mohamed Ali at the airport. He is local and very knowledgeable, and informed me about the city while driving to the hotel with fluent English. I also booked Mohamed Ali to take me back to the airport at 3:30 AM! and he was at the hotel 15 minutes earlier. Thank you!!!</p>
