Ashraf met us after we landed and kindly escorted us to purchase our visas, through customs and to retrieve our luggage. He accompanied us to our hotel and introduced us to our tour guide for Giza/Cairo.
The guide met me when I landed at the airport and helped me through immigration. The driver was waiting for us and the trip to the hotel was made in good time.

Transfer from CAI to Zamalek. Guide was extremely professional. Allowed time to exchange currency and obtain an in country SIM card. Guide also was helpful with immigration procedures. Will use again.
