Today was an excellent day out with Johnathon, our very friendly American tour guide with an incredible amount of history and local knowledge. He made our day into a very enjoyable history lesson. This tour is amazing. It gives you a taste of the Amalfi Coast, so you want to come back and explore more. We selected the option of the Amalfi coast and a visit to the Pompeii archaeological site. Pompeii, part of the tour, is way above expectations. The site is enormous, you would be amazed at how well everything is preserved despite the 2 centuries of age. Highly recommended, especially with the Pompeii option.
The tour guide at Pompeii was very informative and awesome. Take plenty of water and sunscreen cuz' there's no shade but well worth the trip.
