Peppa Pig Afternoon Tea London Bus Tour

Excellent experience. The bus was a bit delayed but the operator found a shady spot for everyone to wait and was very attentive to us. The tour itself was exceptional in service and entertainment. Our toddler had a great time. The food is also lovely. A special thanks to the guides / operators on the bus: Elliot, Emmanuel, Eathish, and Ias were all wonderful!

I wanted to share some feedback about our experience on the Peppa Pig tour bus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and the staff were absolutely brilliant throughout. It was my daughter’s birthday and the team made it feel really special. They kindly sang “Happy Birthday” to her, gave her a signed birthday card from all the staff, and even provided a cake, which made her day unforgettable. She absolutely loved it and has already asked if we can do it again. The staff, Nas, Fabio, Debika, and Conor, were all very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They offered a nice selection of food and cakes and regularly refilled our drinks, making sure we were comfortable the whole time. One small thing I wish I could have done was tip the team, but I only had card payments with me and no cash on the day. Thank you again for such a lovely experience. It really made my daughter’s birthday extra special and we’ll definitely be recommending it to others.

Awful experience overall. Itinerary was changed without informing us - we drove up and down London Bridge twice, saw Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Borough market and that’s it. didn’t see Trafalgar Square, Buckingham palace, Somerset house as advertised. Views from the bus were really poor. Only took an hour, rather than the hour and a half as advertised. No air conditioning so was absolutely baking on the bus. Daughter who’s 4 and was really excited to see the monuments fell asleep halfway through. Waste of money!

Really fun experience for the family. 3 year old loved the theme, 11 year old loved the food! Team on board were very welcoming and animated and looked after us - thank you!

We had the most wonderful experience on the Peppa Pig Afternoon Tea Bus Adventure! Everything about the tour was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Our guide, Kev, was fantastic: he had great energy, and he kept everyone (kids and adults!) entertained and smiling the entire time. The servers, Azucena, Franchesca, and Viv, were lovely, attentive, and efficient and made sure we had everything we could have possibly wanted from food and drink to a perfect family photo. The food was a tasty combination of sweet and savory; the tour itself passed by most of the top city sites; and the service and entertainment really were top-notch. We loved every minute of the tour and absolutely recommend it!

Big, bold promises — shockingly bad execution I spent a significant amount of moneyon what turned out to be an incredibly stressful and unpleasant 90 minute experience. Frankly, it felt more like a tour of horror than a celebration for several reasons: 1. The bus was nowhere near the advertised meeting point. We were told to meet at Stop N by Temple Station, but that area was crowded with several other large buses. Our bus was parked much further back, and no notification or update was provided on the day. This immediately created confusion. 2. There was virtually no child safety provision whatsoever. No seatbelts, no restraints, nothing. Instead of enjoying the experience, I spent the entire journey physically holding my child to stop her from hitting her head on the table as the bus moved. The experience is marketed as suitable for children aged 2+, but I genuinely do not believe it is safe for children of that age. 3. The food was dreadful and completely unsuitable for young children. There were very few healthy options available. Most of the menu consisted of sugary, brightly coloured treats packed with artificial ingredients. It looked more focused on appearance than quality or nutrition. 4. They completely forgot my child's birthday. We had specifically informed them in advance that we were celebrating a birthday. During the trip, staff sang for a child at a nearby table but somehow entirely overlooked our booking and special request. This was particularly disappointing given the nature of the occasion. 5. One member of staff repeatedly smelled strongly of marijuana. Every time he walked past, the smell was noticeable. It seemed as though he had attempted to mask it with excessive cologne, but unsuccessfully. 6. The baby-changing station was absurdly small. It is genuinely one of the smallest changing facilities I have ever seen. Parents are effectively forced to choose between contorting themselves into impossible positions or making their child uncomfortable. 7. The entertainment was heavily biased towards the upper deck. The entertainer only visited the lower deck briefly, meaning most of the activities and engagement were reserved for guests upstairs. 8. Staff began clearing tables and spraying chemical cleaning products just 60 minutes into a 90-minute experience. This was astonishingly poor practice. In any restaurant or café, tables are cleared once guests have finished eating, and certainly not while guests are still seated and consuming food. Spraying cleaning chemicals around diners was completely inappropriate and ruined any remaining enjoyment. Overall, this experience was massively overpriced, poorly organised, and deeply disappointing. What should have been a special celebration became a stressful ordeal that took quite some time to recover from. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families with young children.

Our children LOVED the Peppa the Pig theme bus. It is a great way to see the sites of London, combined with afternoon tea. We have a three and five year old - they both enjoyed it! Jeremias, Blessing, Eden and Kev were wonderful hosts and made the trip fun and accommodating.

The entire experience was so much fun! The service was great, there were so many yummy finger foods, and I thought the music combined with the Peppa Pig London episode which played on and off throughout the ride really added to the experience. At one point, my daughter was standing on the seat, dancing it out while we were driving past Big Ben! We got to see all the major sites from a new perspective and it was a wonderful mother daughter experience. They also gave out activity books with crayons, which was a great way to keep her occupied when she grew tired of looking out the window. We also had plenty of space! Each reservation gets its own table with seating on both sides. Since it was only my daughter and I we had plenty of space to spread out and didn’t have to worry about sharing the table another family. That definitely made it feel more intimate, which I liked. I thought it was a perfect amount of time to be on the bus, you didn’t feel rushed, and by the time you parked, the kids were ready to go too. I would highly recommend for 2 years and older. I should also say that my daughter had never been exposed to Peppa Pig, and she still had a wonderful time!

A fun filled 90 minute ride on the Bus for kids. The guide made the trip lively. Kids loved the food laid out on the table. The atmoshere was lively and happy and the guide ensured all kids happily participated. The Bus tour covered most of the important palces on tourism interest in Londoan especially Westminster.

For my family vacation with my wife and 3yo daughter, we booked the Peppa Pig Easter Afternoon Team directly through Brigit's website. I will say this was a flawless way to spend time as a family in a new city - run don't walk! My daughter was mesmerized by the themed bus, including the table-side video and sign-alongs. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It's also just a great experience to be on top of a double-decker bus sightseeing in London. The crew really deserves a lot of credit for making the experience wonderful. I added some extras, like sparkling tea (highly recommend) and a Peppa Beanie Baby. The toy was waiting at the table, and the staff knew the tables' customizations without asking. The tour guide was engaging for both kids and adults. All the staff were very patient as well, with 2 bathroom visits for my daughter. Thanks to Idris, Jere, Eatish, and Connor for making this such a memorable trip! My only advice is to make sure to get there early. Traffic in central London can be brutal, and we're lucky we got there before the bus left!
