At how well organize you are, and how educated the drivers are. They were absolutely the most helpful people I've ever known, thanks to them!
We never received the text or email to redeem our ticket voucher and when we arrived to Honolulu, we were not on the list of passengers for the transportation van, nor tickets for the tour. We had to get standby tickets.
The actual tour with Karma tours was great, but there was a mixup with our booking. Karma Tours had our visit as canceled, which explained why I had no information regarding the tour. But when I contacted them as to where they would pick us up on the day of the tour, they did everything possible to get us on the tour. And it was spectacular. I am not sure why Viator showed us as a canceled booking. The cost for the tour went thru on my credit card on the 17th. I give Karma Tours 5 stars!
