Fantastic Experience with the Paris All Inclusive Pass!

We had a fantastic time in Paris! We booked our trip at the end of August for our October visit and decided to go with the Paris All Inclusive City Pass from Turbopass. Since I’m quite familiar with city passes and how complex they can be, we took some time to plan our 4-day stay carefully — and it really paid off! We were able to make the most out of our pass. Through the City Pass app, we reserved the guided Montmartre tour, which was absolutely brilliant. We also booked our Louvre entry in advance, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The Hop-on Hop-off bus included in the pass was super convenient and a great way to explore the city at our own pace. Overall, the Paris All Inclusive Pass was excellent value and made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Don’t bother. Paris SEP-OCT 2025

You don’t identify well which ticket needs to be presented at the entry to sites. We never got to use the dang hop on hop off bus. Spent well over $500 USD on taxis and Ubers for the 2 day Paris pass. I would NEVER use your service again!

Operator response

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with identifying the correct tickets and your experience with the hop-on hop-off bus. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’ve invested time and money into making the most of your visit. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible, and we will certainly take your comments into account as we work to improve clarity around ticket presentation. Regarding the hop-on hop-off bus, we sincerely apologize that it wasn’t accessible for you, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can make it right in the future

Beautiful city, thanks to passport nothing missed and money saved

A beautiful city, with so many great museums. The City Pass included the Paris Museum Pass, so we reserved our favorites via this pass and were able to experience Louvre, Orsay and Versaille among others. Really great we found the included guided tour, so we got a lot more background information that we would not have gotten. Important, plan well here and reserve your favorite museums in time.

Disaster, you better save the money!

Absolute waste of money!!! Fingers off it really 😯 I bought for 2 P. absolutely did not work, the line are the same for everyone, tried to talk to employees of objects several times, ticket showed, it did not work anywhere. Even if you have booked rounds, you have to stand in the same queue until they finally say that it is currently too crowded and we are not allowed in today even though a reservation is available..if you try to say something, the employees care zero, so overall absolute disaster. Some objects where you can even go with the ticket, this Paris Museum Pass has not been accepted you! Just annoying 😡

Culture, art and highlights in Paris – two days full of magic, history and unforgettable moments.

Our trip to Paris was rich in cultural experiences and well organized. Already in advance, we dealt intensively with the sights and avoided long waiting times by making early reservations. So we were able to enjoy highlights like the Palace of Versailles, Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, a boat trip on the Seine, the Toot bus and the Arc de Triomphe relaxed and to the fullest. The Paris City Pass has proved extremely helpful in this respect – Paris has inspired us with its diversity, history and atmosphere! The Palace of Versailles impressed us with its magnificent architecture – especially the Hall of Mirrors and the view of the extensive gardens were real highlights. Thanks to our reservation, we were able to bypass the long queues and start directly into our cultural experience. In the artistic district of Montmartre we took part in a charming walking tour. The lively market square with its cafés and artists as well as the view from the Sacré Cœur Basilica made this part of the city particularly atmospheric. The guided tour to the Eiffel Tower was another highlight. Our guide provided us with exciting information, and the sunset over Paris was simply unforgettable – a moment we will not soon forget. The boat trip on the Seine and the ride on the Toot bus offered us relaxed and informative opportunities to discover Paris from different angles. In the Louvre, we were impressed not only by the famous Mona Lisa, but also by numerous other works of art – a true paradise for art lovers. Finally we visited the Arc de Triomphe. The view from above at sunset was an atmospheric conclusion to our day – each of the many stages was worthwhile. Our two days in Paris were intense, varied and full of cultural highlights. Thanks to the Paris City Pass, we were able to easily visit many attractions, discovering both world-famous landmarks and charming, lesser-known corners of the city. Paris wowed us with its diversity, romance and history – a city that definitely makes you want more!

Great value for money!

Great Value for money! After receiving the City Pass i went trough all included attractions, which are plenty, and did my pre-bookings. This is important to not miss out on space on attractions like Eifel tower and Louvre. I could do all like i planned, just minus one star due the fact that i needed to pre book in advance.

Operator response

You’re absolutely right — pre-booking for places like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre is essential, and we appreciate you pointing that out for future travelers. We understand that needing to book in advance can be a bit of a downside, and we’re always working to improve that experience. Thanks again for your helpful feedback!
