The fastest elevator in Europe takes only 20 seconds to reach one of the city’s highest open air observation terraces. This rapid ascent is rewarded by a spectacular view of all of the highlights of the city, with Brandenburg Gate, TV Tower, Kanzleramt, Victory Column and Reichstag all seeming close enough to touch.

The PANORAMAPUNKT offers more than a grandiose 360-degree view of the capital city. The open-air exhibition “Views of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz” connects the moving and multifaceted history of this place with spectacular views of modern Berlin. Where else can one marvel at the past in informative presentation panels, then turn 180 degrees to survey the present in person? Also fantastic, the entirely glass-walled Panorama cafe on the 24th floor to enjoy the impressions with a cup of coffee and a delicious piece of cake. One level higher, also one in autumn- and wintertime can watch the sun goes down over the West Berlin skyline from the vantage of the sun terrace and enjoy the most beautiful sky over Berlin.

Spectacular is not only the breathtaking view over Berlin, but also the fastest elevator in Europe, with which you can reach the viewpoint. In 20 seconds go from 0 to 100 (meters) - that's fast! In addition to the magnificent views, there is also an outdoor exhibition that takes place around the building on the 24th floor. Floor leads.

In fine weather and good visibility an absolute must. Centrally located on Potsdamer Platz. I've been there several times.
We visited yesterday the weather was cloudy but you still decent 360 views over Berlin and the coffee's at the observation level cafe was just what was needed on such a cold day
Too bad , Berlin has little GREEN and build everything. Not nice should take an example from Hamburg , or Leipzig . It's also good for the climate.
The view is absolutely great. Even if the weather was a bit foggy, you could still see some of Berlin from above. If you ever want to see Berlin from above, then only from up here.
Very nice view from up there of Berlin and surroundings. Especially when the weather is nice it is very worthwhile. The lift is also impressive with its speed.
