Pamukkale Small Group Tour from Kusadasi Port/Hotels

The experience was fabulous. The company were wonderful with communication. Ceyda, our guide was very professional, helpful at the sites and friendly; sharing a lot of knowledge. If I could suggest one thing it would be to change the lunch venue as the place is terrible and food offered is a dismal buffet. You could just stop at the cafe near the textile outlet perhaps. Aside from the food, I cannot recommend the company, ceyda and the experience more highly.

We had a really great guide Ceyda. She was really helpful and super informative. Tour group was very small, only 2 couples so we were able to stick to schedule. Pick up was from hotel. Tour included a stop for wine tasting and another at an Onyx factory. These were not mentioned as part of the tour itinerary, and are done to try to support locals. Most day tours seem to include these stops. Unfortunately the lunch stop was far from satisfactory - all you can eat (no drinks) but the food was bland, luke warm and no appetising at all. This was the biggest let down.

Pamukkale was the highlight of our stay in Kusadasi, it was interesting to learn soo much about the Turkish history and the Christian history from the guide. The views were great and we enjoyed our time at the portholes. The car was also right on time for pickup and the company communicated with us from the moment the booking was made and trip and pickup times were communicated on time which is something that was non existent from the other companies we did other activities with. Cemal azmi was very helpful, explained everything in detail and answered all our questions, he also helped with taking photos and recommendations we definitely recommend him for the tour.

Ceyda, was our tour guide for the 2nd day to Pammukale. We went for a walk on a very hot day to the ruins of Hieraplolis and took a buggy up to the Amphitheater. Walked to the Cotton Castle Travertine terraces. So beautiful, over looking the Pamukkale village, then went gir a swim in the Cleopatra's Pool (warm water) after that we climbed backbon the bus and went to a leather fashion show and Turkish delight tasting. After that we went to a buffet lunch. After lunch we went to the temple of Artemis.
