I have been to all of the observation decks in NYC and would rate this as the least interesting as there were definitely no big vistas like you see from the others. If I was advising someone as to which deck to visit, this would be my last choice. The staff were lovely though and the facilities were very clean. I guess I’m glad I went but didn’t really think it was worth the entrance fee. We didn’t stay up there long as it was really a little boring.
