Aloha, welina mai, ‘ano ‘ai. Greetings, and welcome, from Hawai’i! Located on the famous North Shore beachfront of O’ahu, North Shore Stables is a locally-owned gem nestled in the quiet, countryside of Waialua. As locals, we will greet you like ohana (family) as you drive your own 2022 Kawasaki All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) through 80 acres of beachfront farm lands, onto our signature ATV track, and directly help to restore Hawaiiʻs shoreline with a variety of 49 native Hawaiian shoreline plants that prevent erosion. Learn the 1,000 year history of Kapukapuakea and its spiritual and physical connection to Taputapuatea, a world heritage site recognized by UNESCO. This is the only tour on O’ahu that allows you to drive your own 4-wheel ATV! This is NOT a UTV which has a steering wheel and one driver with passengers. Guests choose an indigenous shoreline plant, & personally plant it in the only restored shoreline in Hawaii. A healthy shoreline prevents erosion & builds sand dunes.

Ride your own 4-Wheel ATV on 80 acres of oceanfront farm land at North Shore Stables on the coastline of Waialua, Oʻahu. Learn about the deep history of Kapukapuakea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its connection to Taputapuatea and Polynesia.
Each guest chooses a native plant to plant on the shoreline and leave a positive impact on Hawaiiʻs ecosystem. Meet our animal ohana (family) and learn how we organically rejuvenate the soil with Korean Natural Pig Farming.

- Please check in online to maximize riding time and arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
- Tours will leave promptly at scheduled reservation time. Early arrival is necessary to get fitted with helmets, and partake in safety demonstration before the ride.
- CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RIDERS
- The track is dusty & muddy, please wear clothes your don't mind getting dirty!

The address listed on the wed site sent us to a residence area and the phone number wasn’t working. I was starting to think that I got scammed and I was getting ready to call my credit card to report fraud. I even asked someone from that neighborhood if they never heard of the ATV place. He said no! We stopped at a gas station and a gentleman heard me speaking with the cashier and said he knew where this place is. So, we followed him and he took us to the place, and it is very hidden. The signs are covered with over grown greenery. Once, we got to the place. We decided to used the facility and the restrooms were very, very, very dirty, the floors, toilets, sinks, countertops haven’t been cleaned in months or years. The trash cans were overflowing with paper towels with what looks like feces on the paper towels. Also, no water to flesh the toilet, so there were toilet paper and feces in the toilet. The equipment like the head sleeve dust protected, googles, helmet were full of dirt. There weren’t any paper towels available to clean it yourself, and when we were done they just told us to put them back where we got them. I did mention the problems to the young lady at the front desk but she really didn’t seem to care. They need to hired staff to maintain the restrooms and the equipment. The staff was very polite, and I enjoyed myself when we got on the ATV. The young lady help my grandson figure what ATV would be better for him to used. There were two sizes available. Even let him drive both ATV’s around the tracks so he can decide which one he prefer to use. That was very nice of her. I would recommend to my friends and family but I would mention the facility and the equipment. They can decide if they want to go.

Was a fun and great experience. Was worried that it wouldn’t be too exciting for my teenagers but everyone had a great time with the riding and feeding the animals. Tour guides were friendly and great!

Amazing experience got to feed the goats first time riding an Atv and had no issues. This is a must go.
