Walk! So expensive and not worth it.

There are people all over Times Square and everywhere else trying to sell you this. We did purchase two tickets for$115. What a waste. They did not come every 15 minutes as told. The places to catch these buses weren’t easily identifiable. I was talked in to this at 2:15 in the afternoon. Finally hopped a bus at 4 something. Went around once and had to hop off because bus time ended at 6 pm. If you are overweight and need an easy way to get around, get your ticket early and get clear instructions!! We walked that entire bus route over the next three days for free. Sadly- I threw away that money

No Maps, Poor Commentary, Poor Value

My wife and I have just finished a tour of Downtown New York. The staff were less than welcoming. They were discussing a diversion to the route. The bus had no maps, we couldn’t follow the route. After we were underway I notice other customers had ear pieces, I went to the driver and asked where they were, she said “I told you where they were when you came on”, she never said a single word to me! The commentary was sporadic and never once said “alight here for The Empire State Building” for example. Without a map or that kind of useful instruction we were blind. From Canal Street all the way up the side of the Hudson River to where we alighted on 8th Avenue, there wasn’t one single piece of commentary. That was over half an hour. I don’t believe there was nothing to say about the historical poises we passed. A very expensive disappointment.

AB is great!

AB was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We did have a hard time finding buses on the Uptown route.

Waste of time and money

Dirty buses, uninformed and pushy sales, rude bus drivers and no information. Just an uncomfortable ride to stops that aren’t convenient to the sights!

Use Big Bus in New York.

On our first day the bus broke down. So we wasted an hour of the day standing on the pavement waiting for a replacement when we could have been enjoying ourselves. The buses seem very old and battered. Then we went on the harbour cruise. It was very late leaving and the boat was very old, uncomfortable and lots of fumes. We did enjoy the evening tour. Day three the first uptown bus of the day did not arrive. We were standing in line for over an hour. There does not seem to be any timetable adhered to. The app is never accurate in when the next bus is coming. I do not recommend this company at all. Use Big Bus instead. Better buses and better routes.

Worst customer service AVOID at all cost!

The worst experience I have ever had. We were sold tickets for a tour that was unavailable. We pulled a supervisor aside to inquire about a refund he said it was not his problem that the person sold us a tour that wasn’t available. We asked how that happened he said he wasn’t responsible for what the ticket seller said. Other people got off the bus saying they could not go to the stops advertised because of a traffic detour but were not told that when they bought their ticket. This company clearly just wants to take your money then deliver no service or the worst possible service. They are dishonest. STAY AWAY!

Not great service for money - $180 48hrs for 2

We booked 48hours red and blue line without Liberty trip. A few frustrations.. red line, buses do not stop at all marked stops… it is not always clear which stop you are at if you don’t count. Blue line, infrequent buses… we caught 2.30pm bus, stopped at Strawberry Field section of Central Park, stayed 20mins max.. went back to stop and not another bus came. After an hour wait we googled to discover They stop running at 4pm and we were now stranded at Strawberry Field section of Central Park. Our driver did not say there would be no other buses running when we asked if we were we were to catch next bus from same stop on return. A long walk in the cold.
