Watch Out For NYC Cold Weather Restrictions

NYC had a cold weather restriction for the horses in place on the day of the scheduled carriage ride. VIATOR charged me $235 anyway, though the cancellation was not our decision.

Great Add on!

We wanted an add on to our visit to the city with our little ones. Kevin and Mr. Sam were amazing. We had a great time. As Native New Yorkers we never took advantage of this New York tradition and were excited to share it with our children. Home alone 2 is one of our favorite holiday movies and we stopped by a few of the movie spots.

Stay Away

Horrible experience. Canceled our horse carriage ride for 4 , 15 mins before because of weather which is understandable. Offered us 2 pedicab instead, whcih we said was fine since we were already there. Instead of a 45 min carriage ride we got a 30 min pedicab ride and they refused to change the amount they charged me even though our original ride was 70 more than even a 1 hour pedicab and we onky got 30 mins. There person literally texted me what do you expect me to do about that whne I asked for the refund for just the price difference on the pedicab compared to what I book and paid for. Horrible customer service, very rude, taking advantage of families traveling. Save your money go with a more honest company. The actual pedicab drivers were great.
