What an incredible experience! The NYC Dinner Bus Sightseeing Experience exceeded every expectation. The food was absolutely world-class, and Chef Bianca curated a dining experience that was both creative and delicious. Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The service was equally exceptional. Jonathan was attentive, professional, and made every guest feel welcome throughout the evening. His hospitality truly elevated the experience. A special thank you as well to our driver, who navigated the busy streets of New York City safely and smoothly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the sights, food, and atmosphere. Between the outstanding cuisine, breathtaking city views, elegant ambiance, and top-tier service, this was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in NYC. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique way to experience the city. Worth every penny!

The staff,service and food great! Would liked to have someone pointing out sites rather than haphazardly driving around

This was my first trip after my accident (leg amputation) and I require a wheelchair as I’m just beginning to learn how to walk with a prosthetic (I can only walk a few feet with an assistive device). I booked this experience because it stated in its advertisement that it is wheelchair accessible (which means I should have been able to navigate the experience using my wheelchair independently, safely and with dignity). I could not use my wheelchair on the bus which was 2 levels. I was mortified and embarrassed when at the entrance of the bus my wheelchair was taken away from me and I had to walk down a narrow hallway on the first level with me grabbing the walls and my son, and then I had to walk up a winding staircase to the second level where the dining and viewing experience was - navigating this was risky and dangerous but I was determined to do it because it was expensive and non-refundable and I didn’t want to ruin the outing for my son (but it was very scary and upsetting). I had no access to the one restroom because I didn’t have my wheelchair and it was on first level. The food and staff were good, and viewing the sights at night were excellent. But the environment is not accessible for wheelchair users.

We would like to clarify that while our bus is equipped with a boarding ramp to assist guests entering the vehicle, the structure of the bus itself does not include a wheelchair lift or space that can safely accommodate a wheelchair on the upper dining level. As this is a multi-level sightseeing bus, guests do need to navigate stairs to access the main dining and viewing area. We understand that this may not have met your expectations, and we sincerely regret any frustration or distress this caused. MUST DO, food was fabulous and the tour was actually extensive. The tour was very nice in the evening , I saw parts of the city that I can go back and explore.

It was amazing solo so I can imagine how amazing it would be with friends! Johnathon my server and Bianca the chef were great and Johnathon even charged my phone that was dying!

The food and service from Ivan was a 10 out of 10!! We were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary and he was very attentive and the food was perfect! We highly recommend this NYC tour, you will not be disappointed!

It was a windy, crisp night as we boarded the bus; the sun seemed to wish to retire into the night, setting the scene for a beautiful trip. The ride was smooth (kudos to the Driver), and it felt relaxed and suited the night, enhancing romance. It seemed that other couples had the same idea. The bus was comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean and prepared to handle the swing of traffic and food placement. The waiter and chef were AMAZING!!! The food was incredible and clearly showed off the Chef's creativity. and imagination. The server (Jonathan) was so accommodating and responsive to our needs that he made the trip feel like a comfortable picnic in the park. Once again, the ride was enchanting as only the New York scene knows how to be. Our Driver brought us back as scheduled, with much grace and ease.
