Overall trip was well planned and executed. Tour guide / staff was extremely helpful. Iris our tour guide was very good and knowledgeable. Hotel(Wyndham) allotted to us in US side was quite close to the Niagara Falls.
This tour was absolutely fabulous. We felt it was more than enough time exploring the 3 Falls. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and always helpful and willing to answer any of our questions.
Redi was an exceptional guide, very friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, passionate. He was kind and understanding, making this experience fantastic.
Great family time, excellent service from our guide Redí Bushaka. Highly recommended.
The experience is very interactive and engaging, but above all, the guides are very knowledgeable and attentive.
Dear Yurika, Thank you for arranging such a wonderful trip for me. I meant to buy a present, but I forgot. I'm sorry. We're going to be a couple as big as Niagara! I'll be back! Bye-bye!
Excellent tour, very organized. We had good weather...the Falls were beautiful, the hotel was very good, clean, comfortable, but the breakfast was very limited, high in carbohydrates, low in protein.
Andrea was a fantastic guide, well-informed, polite, and kind. Alan, the driver, was also excellent. Everything was very well organized, with excellent timing; it was all wonderful. The digital ticket and then the paper one at the booth were very smart. The duration of the visit was just right, with well-timed intervals. The atmosphere was magnificent. And the crowd was well managed by the staff. I recommend it to many!!
Fantastic experience. Two days spent at Niagara Falls with the guide Andrea. An unforgettable experience
Very beautiful tour; the guide speaks 5 languages, including Italian very well, and was attentive to the entire group he was leading, and the explanations were always thorough; I give it a 10 with honors.
