Was pouring rain didn’t get to enjoy the ride also bus broke down we had to get off and waited 30-40 minutes for them to bring a new bus to finish the ride
Very late bus arrival. Employee letting a couple and their child on the bus prior to those who had been queuing for well over an hour (I take it a small extra payment may have been made to the employee…). Despite delays they were still trying to sell tickets. No organisation at all. Opted for the audio tour which was a drab Chat GPTesque monotone voice.
The staff didn't really know what to do with the bar code from Viator. It was really a pretty mediocre experience all told. Uncomfortable seats, minimal (and pre-recorded) narration, and limited scope of the tour. But my twelve year old thought it was very cool.
AB was sooo helpful with getting us seated as a couple in the way we wanted. He was sooo kind
We were limited in time and explained this to the ticket seller. He sold us a package we couldn’t use because the Uptown bus stops running at 4pm and he sold us the tickets at 3:09pm, then sat us on the Downtown bus. By the time the Downtown buss has returned, the Uptown bus was no longer running. In addition, the Downtown bus driver parked the bus for over 30 minutes without letting anyone know why. There was a child (not our group) between 8-10 years old needing a restroom and we were just parked. His mom couldn’t even get off to find him a restroom because there wasn’t anywhere to go where the bus had stopped. Since it was near the end of the day, we can only guess it was to end her shift in time. We also didn’t cover the complete route missing several blocks and attractions. We were happy to spend the money to do the tour, just not happy to be taken advantage of and have a poor experience.
Great job! Very fun! Thanks for sharing NY with us
A must do while visiting NYC. Tour guides were all great!
Waited at one stop for nearly an hour with no explanation, had to get off one bus and onto another. Quicker to walk.
Ebi and Eli were brilliant!!! We had a great tour and an amazing experience.
Enjoyed the day time bus tour! Waiting a long time for the night time bus tour to get started but excited to see different areas of the town.
