This is Not the Top of the Rock! It is a tour inside the building seeing art and architecture. I was disappointed to find I also had to buy tix for top of the rock long after buying these tickets!
Very interesting tour of Rockefeller Center’s little known (at least by me) history. Guide was very well read and knowledgeable
Our family had a great time at the Rock and the ride to the top.
Thanks for the awesome feedback, Jon! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your time and the ride to the top. Your experience means a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back soon for more memorable moments!
AWFUL! You just go up to see the skyline and you find yourself wasting time inside showing you videos that nobody gives a damn about! We climb above, a thousand people come in at a time (and the place does not allow it) no one could enter or even leave, we were blocked for 1 hour before leaving! Stunning views but bad staff and place.
Magnificent cultural place where you will find splendid sculptures. Wonderful flower beds, fountains and water jets... it’s beautiful!
Thank you, Nizza-la-Bella54! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the beauty of our cultural site. It's wonderful to know you appreciated the sculptures, flowerbeds, and fountains. We hope to welcome you back for more memorable experiences!
Extremely interesting visit. Wonderful sculptures. A very flowery park!
Very informative. Would do it again. Lisa is very well versed in her knowledge of The History of 30 Rock.
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re so glad you found the experience informative and that you’d come back again—that means a lot. Lisa will be thrilled to hear your kind words; her deep knowledge and passion for the history of 30 Rock really make the tour special. We hope to welcome you again soon!
Our guide rushed through the whole tour. There were no opportunities to ask questions and we had to hurry the whole time to keep up with him. He talked very fast and the audio quality was poor, because he didn't put his headset on properly. Sometimes we couldn't hear him at all, but he didn't seem to care. The tour should be approximately 75 mins. Ours was done in 50 mins. We basically did the tour again afterwards to see all the places properly.
Thank you for your feedback, Daydream242278. We're sorry to hear that your tour experience didn't meet expectations. We appreciate your insights about the pace and audio quality, and we'll work on improving these aspects to ensure a better experience for future visitors. Your satisfaction is important to us.
The Rockfeller Center is composed of 19 buildings. Several activities and attractions are to be experienced in the complex. Top of the Rock, an observatory located in the Comcast Building that offers spectacular views of Manhattan, the NBC Studios that can be visited, the mythical Radio City Music Hall, the famous ice rink and in December the world’s most famous giant Christmas tree. A small and lively area worth seeing.
Thank you for your thoughtful review, YB1972! We're glad you enjoyed the variety of attractions and activities our location offers. There's always something happening here, and we appreciate your recommendation. We hope to see you again soon for more memorable experiences!
Complex of buildings comprising the central and highest, the rockefeller itself (with the top of the rock at its top), the tree and its skating rink, the radio city and several more. A crossroads of shops, passageways and streets that cut to both. It's like 3 blocks of the most powerful flia there was in the past
Thanks for the insightful review, Nicolas! We love hearing how our visitors appreciate the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of the area. There's so much to explore, and we’re glad you enjoyed your experience. Hope to see you again soon!
